About 1 1/2 yrs. ago I went into the eye dr. for a routine visit.  I was talking to her about my eyes feeling so dry.  They always felt like if I could just keep them closed they would feel better.  She did the dry eye test on them, and discovered that I indeed had a severe case of dry eye.  I started taking the Omega 3 as soon as I received them in the mail.  I felt relief in about 2 weeks.  About 5 months later I went to visit my daughter and family, and I forgot to take them with me.  After about 3-4 days I could feel them getting dry again.  I wasn't going home for another week, but I couldn't wait to get home and get back on the Omega 3 again.  I won't go a day without them.  They truly have made a difference in my life.
