Q: What are my options to try the product?
A: Doctors typically provide a sample of the product at the time of their recommendation so that you can experience the product. All orders are on a recurring basis because the products are formulated with essential nutrients that cannot be made or stored in the body and therefore require long term continuous use. Our customers, though, retain complete control and can change or cancel at any time by calling PRN at 800-900-2303. We also offer a one-month recurring order option, but shipping/handling charges will apply.
Q: What happens if I change my mind after the initial order has been placed?
A: Because your doctor has specifically recommended a PRN product for your general health or relief of symptoms, we ship this order within a 24-hour period. Our goal is to assist your doctor with his recommendation to achieve therapeutic levels of the identified PRN product.
This first order cannot be cancelled once it has been received and entered into our system. Future orders can be cancelled upon your request by calling PRN at 800-900-2303. A cancellation number will be given in confirmation.
Q: How does your recurring order work and when will my order be processed?
A: As essential nutrients cannot be made or stored by your body, our Doctor Directed Deliver (3D) method allows you to continue your doctor recommended nutritional therapy with convenience and complete order control. When you place the order, the first shipment will be sent to you within 24 hours. You will then be notified approximately 10 days BEFORE each future order is shipped. This provides you ample time to call us should you want to make a change to your order or shipment date.
Q: Can I send product back to you and get a refund for any reason?
A: PRN is committed to your safety and satisfaction. For safety reasons we never restock product, therefore, we cannot accept returned product. Once an order is shipped, the sale is final. We do not accept returned products or provide refunds. All orders undergo a quality assurance review prior to shipping, but in the event an error occurs, PRN is committed to correcting it. If you receive a damaged product, please contact PRN’s Customer Relations Department immediately upon receipt of delivery at 800-900-2303. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product PRN will replace any damaged product.
Q: How do I change my order?
A: The best way to change your order is to simply call us at 800-900-2303. We encourage you to consistently take your PRN product as directed by your doctor, but should you want to change your order, we can easily and quickly make any account/shipping adjustments when you contact us by phone.
Q: If I placed an order on-line, do I need to re-order online when I need more product?
A: All online orders are set up as recurring shipments, so you do not need to take any further action. If you need more product before you have been notified of your next shipment, simply call us and we can change your ship date. You do not need to place another on-line order.
Q: How is my product shipped (US)?
A: PRN ships product using UPS ground and does not require a signature upon delivery. We will gladly provide delivery information and confirm delivery address. We cannot ship to a PO Box. PRN is not responsible for missing packages after we receive shipping confirmation that the package was delivered.
