I'm a cardiac nurse who hasn't been able to work since Dec 10, 2008. I have fought SLE/lupus until I couldn't hide my severe fatigue and inability to think clearly. My dry eyes also have been a problem. No clear diagnosis of Sojgrens, but I have developed very dry eyes. Restasis was prescribed daily. My ophthalmologist recommended this product. I said, but I'm taking 2,000 units of OTC Omega Fish Oil. He said, try this and see if you can see a difference when you wake up in the morning. I have stopped the Restasis and only take 2 of the Dry Eye Omega Benefits. I am one of those skeptical hospital nurses. But, this works.

My eyes have been really bad whenever I forget to take the supplement. At this point I'm taking 6 softgels per day, and it's almost a life-line. After not taking for a day or two I'm in dire pain.

I have a history of extremely dry eyes. Several months ago Dr. Williams suggested Dry Eye Omega Benefits vitamins for this problem. In the mean time I had 2 alopecia spots on my head. I went to dermatologist who prescribed a spray and stuck small needles into the bald areas; this did not help. Then I started taking the omega 3 and when I returned to dermatologist for my follow up in 3 weeks both the alopecia spots had new hair growth and it has continued to grow; now the spots are completely covered and the excess mucous and itchiness of my eyes has also cleared up. At the age of 43, I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration. Talk about a blow! About 1 1/2 yrs. ago I went into the eye dr. for a routine visit. I was talking to her about my eyes feeling so dry. They always felt like if I could just keep them closed they would feel better. She did the dry eye test on them, and discovered that I indeed had a severe case of dry eye. I started taking the Omega 3 as soon as I received them in the mail. I felt relief in about 2 weeks. About 5 months later I went to visit my daughter and family, and I forgot to take them with me. After about 3-4 days I could feel them getting dry again. I wasn't going home for another week, but I couldn't wait to get home and get back on the Omega 3 again. I won't go a day without them. They truly have made a difference in my life.

I am a hairdresser who was having a very hard time with dry eye symptoms at work and at home. I tried the very costly Restasis, had plugs put in my eyes to no avail, and then tried your product as a last resort. It took about 2 months to feel a difference, but 2 years later I am symptom free. When my husband starting getting sick and was in the hospital, that's when I starting getting dry eyes. It was hard during that time. The doctor had put me on Restasis, which did not help. After that, my doctor put plugs in my eyes and eventually they came out. I was getting so frustrated at this time as I couldn't even drive and stayed in the house out of the sun. Finally, my doctor told me about PRN Fish Oil. I couldn't believe it - within a week or so - no problems and it's been five months now. I'll probably have to stay on it, but that's okay. It's nice to be able to go out and not have to worry about my eyes.
